Consultation Services Policy
As Outstandinguotra provides professional consultation services rather than physical products, our return policy focuses on rescheduling, cancellations, and service satisfaction.
Appointment Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your consultation appointment under the following conditions:
- Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the appointment are accommodated at no additional cost
- Requests made within 24 hours may be subject to availability
- Each appointment may be rescheduled up to two times
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund of any prepayment
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours in advance receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable
- No-shows forfeit any prepayment made
Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction with our consultation services is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your consultation experience:
- Contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns
- We will work with you to address any issues and find a suitable resolution
- Complimentary follow-up consultations may be offered in certain circumstances

Exceptions
